As the time changes so does the trend and social display.
This is a picture of two students from Dechencholing MSS, Bhutan.It is often said by the Bhutanese teachers that such displays by students is disgraceful. But time has come for those teachers to come out of the box and see the bigger picture of the world. It is quite discouraging to see that not less than 50% of the Bhutanese teachers still hold on to: "what ever they have seen and whatever they have learnt is the final knowledge". Teachers still believe that learners are inferior to them. The situation is changing. Learners as I have seen as a teacher, are far smarter than teachers.But learners are not smart as I am with regard to defending my old practices.
It is time for us: "Digital Immigrants" to change.These children are already ahead of us in knowing what they are capable of.
